Set visibility: who sees what in the club?
You decide what is visible without signing in, to signed-in users, to members or only to the leadership – from the club page to the function address.

Sichtbarkeit einstellen
Wer sieht was im Verein: die einheitliche Skala von Leitungsteam bis öffentlich, Sichtbarkeit der Vereinsseite und die Übersicht Wer sieht was.
المتطلبات
- You have administration rights in the club (“Manage the organization”).
من يمكنه فعل ذلك؟
Administration and leadership change the visibility of the club page and its sections. The club may set organization details to all four levels; details about people (membership, awards, fees) are decided by the person alone, the club can only narrow them.
خطوة بخطوة
Know the scale
There are four levels, narrow to wide: “Leadership team only”, “All members”, “All signed-in users” and “Public on the internet”. With “Public” anyone on the internet can read the detail, search engines included.
Choose the visibility of the club page
Under “Edit master data” in the section “Visibility and joining”, choose the level under “Who sees this page?”. “Anyone on the internet” means visible without signing in and to search engines. Non-public organizations are invisible to outsiders everywhere.
Narrow sections
Under “Manage” open the overview “Who sees what?”. The table shows per page (“Start”, “News”, “Events”, “Groups”, “Facilities” …) who may see it (signed-in outsider, follower, member, leadership). For news, events, groups and facilities you choose the visibility per row (“Visibility of …”). A section can only be narrower than the organization, never wider.
Control the member list
On the “Manage” page under “Who sees the member list?” set whether only the leadership or all members see names (including children’s). The number of members stays visible to everyone. The change applies immediately.
Set individual content
Events have their own visibility (“Who sees this event”: only this group / club, members, only invited people, public); posts likewise. You set the function address of an office on the office under “Who sees the function email?” (default: leadership team only; offices not in the leadership team stay internal).
Check findability
The section “Findable on the internet” in “Who sees what?” names the pages anyone can read without signing in. Check that it lists only what should be public.
City calendar
If a municipality has verified your club, you can release the public events for the city’s events calendar under “Manage”, “City calendar”.

أخطاء شائعة وحلولها
- A page does not seem public to outsiders although the section is set to “Public”.
- A section only narrows the organization, never widens it. If the organization itself is not public, outsiders see nothing (they get 404).
- “That did not work.” when saving a visibility
- Reload the page and try again; check your administration rights.
- A function address cannot be opened wider.
- Only for offices in the leadership team can the address be opened beyond “Leadership team only”. Only function addresses may be entered, no addresses of CLUP.life accounts.
- “No municipality has verified your club yet.” under city calendar
- The release appears only after a municipality has verified the club (see “Get your club verified by an association or city”).
من المفيد أن تعرف
- Public also means: addresses are harvested by advertising and spam programs, and published details cannot be reliably taken back.
- Contact details and street are seen only by members. Private addresses and numbers of people are never public.
- Participation in events is controlled by the event leadership (“Participant list visible”), never by the person and never publicly.
- Visibility, consent and privacy control belong to the free basic plan.
