Ön koşullar
- You have the right “Manage members” in the club (administrator and higher or a matching office).
- The honored persons are adults and members.
Bunu kim yapabilir?
The club leadership (“Manage members”) can record honors and see the anniversary list. Other members only see an honor once the honored person releases it.
Adım adım
View anniversaries
Open “Club life”, switch to “Leadership” and choose “Anniversaries” in “Manage members”. It shows 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 75 years of membership in the chosen year. The list is calculated from the join date on every call and not stored anywhere.
Open manage honors
Choose “Manage honors” in “Offices and honors”. Start with “Record honor” (the first time “Record first honor”).
Record the honor
Search the member under “Honored person”, enter the “Honor” (for example “Honorary pin for 25 years”) and “Awarded on”. With “Record” the person is notified and decides themselves whether other members see the honor.
Understand visibility
The list shows whether an honor is “Visible to members” or “Not released”. The person can hide it again with “Stop showing”.
Remove an honor
“Remove” deletes an honor after confirmation.

Sık karşılaşılan hatalar ve çözümler
- “Recording honors is a matter for the club leadership.”
- You lack the right “Manage members”.
- “No round anniversaries”
- Nobody has a round anniversary in the chosen year. Check the year. The join date comes from the membership in CLUP.life.
- Members do not see the honor.
- That is intended: it only appears once the honored person releases it.
Bilmekte fayda var
- An honor is a statement about a person and therefore not visible to everyone by default. For certificates and badges with category, value and PDF use “Certificates and badges”.
