Requisitos
- You are an owner of the club (right “Export member list”).
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
Only the leadership of the club itself (owner, directly in the club, never via the association) creates extracts. The overview with key figures is for the club leadership. Every extract is noted in the log (only the row count, never content).
Paso a paso
Open the overview
Open “Club life”, switch to “Leadership” and choose the “Overview” in “Evaluations and extracts”. It shows counts only, no names or amounts.
Choose an extract
In the block “Extracts for cash audit and grant application” choose: “Member list” (name, role, function and join date, without addresses and dates of birth), “Events {year}” (all events of the year) or “Club archive (JSON)” (everything the club has created, as a backup, without fees, attendance, votes and addresses).
Fees and attendance
Export fees in the fee overview (“All claims as CSV”), attendance on the “Attendance” page (“As CSV”).
Handle the file safely
Store the file securely, do not pass it on and delete it after use.

Errores habituales y soluciones
- “Extracts may be created by the club leadership.”
- You lack the right “Export member list” directly in the club.
- “The extract has more than {n} rows. Please choose a shorter period.”
- Narrow the period or export per sub-unit.
- “The archive has more than {n} entries in one area. Please contact support.”
- Contact support.
- “The extract could not be created.”
- Try again. If the error persists, report it to support.
Conviene saber
- Purpose limitation: use member data only for the club's purpose, not for advertising or third parties. Store exports securely and delete them after use.
- Export is data portability and always stays free.
