View the administration log, export it and undo changes
How to see when who managed what in your club and undo certain changes in a targeted way.

Prérequis
- You have the right “Edit club” (administrator and higher); with “Leadership requires 2FA” also a second factor.
- Undoing needs Premium.
Qui peut le faire ?
The leadership sees the log (right “Edit club”, for associations with inheritance one level weaker). It is not visible to members, including moderators. Undoing is allowed only with the right the action itself would need.
Pas à pas
Open the log
Open “Club life”, switch to “Leadership” and choose the “Administration log” in “Evaluations and extracts”. It shows members, roles, settings, awards, file storage, fees and exports.
Filter
Under “Filter” set “From (date)”, “To (date)”, “Person”, “Role at the time”, “Action”, “Result” and “Free text” and click “Apply”. Without a period the list shows the last 30 days; text search needs a period.
View details
Clicking an entry shows “What was changed?” with field, “Before” and “After”, the reason and technical details. Every view of details is itself logged.
Export
With “Export as CSV” and the confirmation “Export” you download the log (without before/after values). The file contains personal data; use it only for audit and accountability and delete it afterwards.
Undo (Premium)
Tick entries that can be undone (or “Select all that can be undone”) and choose “Undo … entries…”. The preview checks every entry; if the current state differs, it is skipped and reported.
Reason and confirmation
Enter the “Reason (required)” (at least 10 characters, it is stored in the log), confirm with your password (with an authenticator app also the code) and choose “Undo now”. The result states “Undone: …, skipped: …”.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “Please choose a period for text search.”
- Set “From” and “To” (at most one year).
- “Undo is part of Premium.”
- The club does not have Premium. Viewing, filtering and exporting stay free.
- “Cannot be undone: {reason}”
- Only simple organization settings and role changes can be undone. Sent content, fees, deletions, exports, bans and files cannot.
- An entry is skipped (conflict).
- The state was changed again in the meantime, or the role is the last leadership or your own. Nothing is overwritten.
- “Page not found – This page does not exist or you may not see it.”
- You lack the right or a second factor. Set it up under Settings, Security.
Bon à savoir
- Purpose limitation: the log serves only traceability, security and accountability, not the monitoring of individuals. Every export and view is itself logged.
- The log cannot be changed or deleted (append only). Entries are kept for three years; deleted accounts appear as “Deleted account”.
- Before/after values are stored encrypted.
