Association report: members by age group

The association report counts members of the subdivisions by age group, for dues billing and statistics.

MembershipBasic (free)Checked on 30.10.2026

Prerequisites

  • You are “Owner” of the association (direct role).
  • At least one club is verified.

Who may do this?

Only association leadership with the right “Export member list” (owner). Everyone else sees “Association leadership only”. Every access is logged. The association report is free.

Step by step

  1. Open the page

In the association’s club-life section, open the “Association report”. It shows “Members of the subdivisions by age group, for dues billing and statistics.”

  2. Choose the year

Use “Previous year” and “Next year” to pick the reporting year. Age is counted on 31 December.

  3. Read the table

One row per club with the age groups, “Unknown” (age not known) and “Total”, with the “Sum” below. Only verified clubs and their verified members are counted.

  4. Output

Use “Print” or “As CSV” to pass the report on. The CSV file is named verbandsmeldung-<year>.csv.

You can find the feature here: /organisation/{slug}/vereinsleben/verbandsmeldung

Common errors and solutions

“Association leadership only”
You do not have the direct owner role in the association, or the page belongs to a club.
“No subdivisions yet”
Once clubs are assigned to the association and verified, they appear here.
“There are very many members or subdivisions; the figures are incomplete.”
The server truncated a very large set; create the report per subdivision.

Good to know

  • Privacy: the report contains only numbers, no names and no birth dates. To count, the server briefly reads birth dates; that is why it is reserved for leadership and is logged.
  • The note “{clubs} more clubs and {members} more members not verified (not visible)” shows what is missing.
