Association analytics: dashboard, analysis and stock report

Figures on verified clubs and their members – without any individual becoming visible.

Ten artykuł jest na razie dostępny tylko po niemiecku i angielsku; pokazujemy wersję angielską.

Wymagania

  • You are “Admin” or “Owner” of the association (direct role).
  • For dashboard, reports, time series and exports: Premium.

Kto może to zrobić?

Dashboard and analysis: direct role “Admin” in the association. The stock report (exact figures per club) only “Owner”. Premium features are blocked on the server (ASSOC_DASHBOARD, ASSOC_REPORTS, ASSOC_TIME_SERIES, ASSOC_EXPORTS); the club overview and member structure stay free.

Krok po kroku

  1. Open analytics

In the association’s club-life section, open “Analytics”. Tabs: “Dashboard”, “Analysis”, “Stock report”.

  2. Period and comparison

Choose the period, resolution and comparison (previous period or previous year). “Share view” copies a link with all settings.

  3. Filter

Narrow down clubs (subdivision, category, place, district, size, founding year, name) or count people by age group, role, year of joining or gender. “Reset filters” clears all filters.

  4. Read the metrics

Tiles such as “Verified members”, “New joiners (verified)”, “New clubs in the association” and “Participation rate” show the trend against the comparison; a click on a bar or ring applies the value as a filter.

  5. Analysis as a pivot

In the “Analysis” tab you combine rows, columns and metric freely.

  6. Export

Use “As CSV” or “Print report” to output the result. Every export is logged. The “Stock report” shows exact figures per verified club for billing; “Create report” logs the access in the association’s and the club’s log.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania

“No membership data yet”
An association only sees a club’s member counts once the members have verified their membership. Until then, the analysis only shows the verified clubs.
Figures appear as “<5” or are missing.
Groups under 5 people are hidden for privacy reasons, also by differencing. This is not an error.
“Too many exports – please try again later.”
There are limits per person and hour (reading 600, exports limited). Wait a moment and try again.

Warto wiedzieć

  • Privacy: minimum size 5 in every distribution; no minors in personal attributes; no club financial data. The association only sees verified members.
  • The history is a look back: people who left are missing from it.
