Data processing agreement in your subdivisions

The association sees how many of its clubs have accepted the current version of the data processing agreement.

PrivacyBasic (free)Checked on 30.10.2026

Prerequisites

  • You are “Admin” or “Owner” of the association.
  • Subdivisions exist.

Who may do this?

The overview appears in the association view of the analytics for association leadership. The club leaderships themselves have to accept the agreement.

Step by step

  1. Open analytics

In the association’s club-life section, open “Analytics”.

  2. Read the card

The card “Data processing agreement in your subdivisions” gives the version and “{n} of {m} accepted” as well as “{n} without an accepted agreement”. Groups within a club do not count; the club’s agreement covers them.

  3. Remind clubs

The club leaderships without acceptance see the task “Accept DPA”. You can remind them.

You can find the feature here: /organisation/{slug}/vereinsleben/auswertungen

Common errors and solutions

The card is missing.
It only appears in the association view of the analytics for association leadership.
A club stays “without acceptance”.
Its leadership must accept the agreement under “Data processing agreement” in management; the association cannot do it on its behalf.

Good to know

  • The agreement is concluded per organization; a new version must be accepted again.
