The benefits

What CLUP.life does for you

  • All the family’s events

Your children’s group sessions, practices, and parent evenings together with your own events — instead of in five chat groups.

  • You always act clearly for someone

When you RSVP or sign up, you choose who you’re acting for — yourself or one or more children. A fixed sentence then confirms who was meant.

  • Set permissions for each child

You decide for each child what is allowed. When something is blocked, the interface explains it clearly instead of just showing an error.

  • Messages with protective rules

Direct chats and group messages are also available for child and teen accounts — with rules that protect children.

  • Safety with allergies

Leaders can see life-threatening allergies at events — so nothing goes wrong at the tent camp or during a meal.

Your child’s club may already be here

Publicly known clubs may already be listed on CLUP.life as an entry without an owner. Look for it under “Discover clubs” and tell the leadership they can claim it.

Privacy & security

Trust is not an add-on. It is the foundation.

  • Extra protection for children

Accounts under 16 belong to their parents or guardians, are never publicly discoverable and are never included in numbers or lists.

  • No silent representation

Parents always write and act as themselves. A child never “speaks” through their parents’ account.

  • Double encrypted

Names, contact details, messages and club content are individually encrypted in the database — on top of the server’s own encryption.

  • Built for the EU

GDPR from day one: access, export, deletion with a grace period, roles and permissions following the principle of “as little as necessary”.

  • No external advertising, no tracking

No analytics scripts, no ad networks, no third-party servers for fonts or images.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

From what age can children have an account?

Accounts for children under 16 belong to their guardians: they create and manage them. You’ll find everything else on the “Children and parents” page.

Can my child be found by strangers?

No. Child accounts can never be found publicly and do not appear in the numbers or lists on the home page.

What can I set for each child?

You decide for each child what they may do and see. When something is blocked, the interface explains it with a clear note.

Several children, several parents — does that work?

Yes. You can RSVP for several children at once. If two parents RSVP differently, the later decision applies.

Is there advertising for children?

No. For offers aimed at children and teens, alcohol, tobacco, and gambling sponsors are excluded, and there is no external advertising.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in Falkenstein (Germany); encrypted backups are stored in Finland (EU). Names, contact details, messages, and club content are additionally encrypted individually.

Are there ads or tracking?

No. There is no external advertising, no ad networks, and no analytics scripts. Instead of ads, clubs can win sponsors — openly and only with the consent of both sides.
