Wymagania
- You are an owner of the club (right “Export member list”).
- The club has Premium.
- For attendance figures, attendance lists must have been kept at events.
Kto może to zrobić?
Only the leadership of the club itself (owner, directly in the club, never via the association) creates the grant report. If you lack the right, the entry is not visible. Every retrieval is logged.
Krok po kroku
Open the report
Open “Club life”, switch to “Leadership” and choose the “Grant report” in “Evaluations and extracts”.
Choose the year
At the top set the report year with “Previous year” and “Next year”.
Read the figures
The report shows “Members by age” on the reference date (with “Age unknown” and “Total members”), the year's “Events” (single events, cancelled events, recurring series) and “Attendance” (recorded meetings, total attendances, distinct people present).
Print or download as CSV
“Print” creates a print view “{club}: Grant report {year}”, “As CSV” a table for Excel.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania
- The “Grant report” entry is missing.
- You lack the right “Export member list” directly in the club. It is a leadership area.
- “Available with Premium.”
- The grant report is part of Premium. The leadership books it under “Subscription & invoices”.
- Notice “There are very many members, the figures are incomplete.”
- Create the report for each sub-unit.
- Attendance shows no figures.
- No attendance lists have been kept yet. Keep them at events via the “Attendance” button.
Warto wiedzieć
- The report contains only numbers, no names and no dates of birth. To count, the server briefly reads the members' dates of birth.
- Use the evaluation only for the club's purpose, for example grant evidence.
