Wymagania
- You are an owner of the organization.

Kto może to zrobić?
Owners only (right “Delete organization”). Everyone else does not see the delete function.
Krok po kroku
Back up data
Export what you want to keep beforehand, for example the club archive and your invoices. Nothing can be restored after deletion.
Delete sub-units
If there are still sub-units they must be deleted first, or the sub-unit's leadership deletes them itself.
Start deletion
Open the organization and “Edit”. In the area “Delete organization” (owners only) click the delete button.
Confirm the name
In the dialog “Delete organization permanently?” enter the exact name as confirmation and click “Delete permanently”. “The organization was deleted.” appears.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania
- “There are still sub-units. Delete them first or have the sub-unit's leadership delete them.”
- Delete the sub-units first.
- “The name entered does not match the organization's name.”
- Enter the name exactly as displayed.
- “Deleting did not work.”
- A running Premium subscription is ended at the payment provider before deletion; if that fails, the organization remains. Try again later or contact support.
Warto wiedzieć
- Fees, events, facilities, polls, memberships, file storage and all club records are deleted. Logo, cover image and files from the storage are removed from storage on the next retention run.
- Retention obligations remain: payment provider receipts stay locked until the end of the retention period (§ 147 AO); the proof that the data processing agreement was accepted until the end of the sixth calendar year after the organization ends.
- The club remains responsible itself for records it must legally keep (for example donation receipts, minutes). Back them up before deleting.
