Create a poll
Create a poll in your club: type, question, answers, result visibility, anonymity and deadline – then look at the results.
Çözümlemeyi göster
- You find polls in club life under “Decide and record”. Here you create a new poll for your club.
- First you choose the type: find a date, single choice, multiple choice, yes or no, a scale or free text. We take single choice.
- Then comes the question. The title also appears in the notification to the members. You add at least two answers.
- You decide who may answer and when results are visible. With “Vote anonymously” no vote is linked to a person, not even to you.
- A deadline ends the poll automatically. Without one you close it yourself. With “Create poll” the members are notified.
- The poll is now in the list. When you open it, you see the results as soon as the first answers arrive.
- On the poll page you close the poll when it is done. That way you create a question in minutes and see your club’s opinion at a glance.
Ön koşullar
- You are an active member of the club.
Bunu kim yapabilir?
Any active member may create a poll. The person who created it and whoever has the permission “Edit all events” may close or delete it. Only members see and answer polls.
Adım adım
Open a new poll
In club life open “Polls” (Decide and record) and click “New poll”.
Choose the type
Choose the “Type of poll”: “Find an event date” (several date proposals, an answer per proposal with Yes, Maybe or No), “Single choice”, “Multiple choice” (with an upper limit if you wish), “Yes / No”, “Scale 1 to 5” or “Free text”. Child accounts do not take part in free text.
Enter question and content
Under “What is it about?” enter the title; it appears in the notification to the members. For date polls enter at least two “Date proposals”, for choice polls two to twelve “Answer options” (with an image if you wish).
Choose the audience
Under “Who may answer?” choose “Members of this organization”, “Parents (guardians of the children here)” or “Members including all sub-units”.
Visibility of results
Under “When do respondents see the results?” you can choose “Immediately”, “After their own answer” and “Only after the end”. “Immediately” shows the interim result at any time and can influence the outcome. After the end everyone always sees it.
Anonymous and deadline
With “Vote anonymously” answers are stored without names and cannot be traced to anyone – not even you. Only who took part is stored. A “Deadline (optional)” ends the poll automatically; without one you close it yourself.
Create
Click “Create poll”. The members are notified.
