Form for an event: questions for registered people
The event organizers attach a small form with up to ten questions to an event; members and – through their parents – children answer.

Prérequis
- The event exists.
- To set it up: you created the event or may edit all events.
- To answer: you are a member or registered and have accepted.
Qui peut le faire ?
Only the event organizers can set up, evaluate and download; for everyone else this is not visible. Only the event organizers see the answers. Parents answer for their children, not for other adults.
Pas à pas
Create the form
Open the event and choose “Create form” in the “Event form” section.
Define the questions
Use “Add question” to add a question, for example “Can you swim?”. Under “Answer type” choose yes/no, a single choice, a multiple choice (for example program item 1, 2 or 3), short text, number or date. With “Required question” the question must be answered.
Deadline and deletion
With “Deadline to change (empty: until the start)” you set until when answers may be changed. “Delete answers after the event (days)” sets how long they are kept after the event.
Answering
Registered people see the form on the event page, fill it in and choose “Save answers”. Until the deadline they can change or withdraw their answers. Parents answer for their child and confirm the details as a guardian.
Evaluate
Under “Statistics” the event organizers see the numbers per answer option and can export all answers with “Download as CSV”.
For recurring events
The form of the series is the default; with “Change for this event of the series only” you create a separate one for one day, with “Back to default” it follows the series again. Answers apply per recurrence.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- The question is rejected (it is about health, diet, religion or origin).
- Such details are not allowed in the form. Reword the question (for example “Can you swim?” is allowed).
- “The deadline for answers has passed.”
- Ask the event organizers to adjust the answers.
- A child cannot answer.
- A parent answers for the child and confirms the details as a guardian.
Bon à savoir
- Only ask for what the event needs. Answers are stored encrypted, deleted after the event and immediately when someone declines.
- Health, diet, religion and origin details do not belong in this form.
