View and print the annual plan
The annual plan shows all events, regular meetings and expiring offices of the year by month at a glance.

Prérequis
- You are a member of the club.
Qui peut le faire ?
Every member sees the annual plan, but only the events they may see anyway. Events “only for invited people” appear only for the invited and for people with the permission “Edit all events”.
Pas à pas
Open the annual plan
In club life (Planning) open the entry “Annual plan”.
Change the year
Page through the years with “Previous year” and “Next year”.
Include sub-units
With “Also public events of sub-units” you include the events of the groups. For associations only verified sub-units are included.
Read and print
Events are listed by month, repetitions are marked “Regular”, cancelled events “cancelled”, expiring offices “Term ends:”. With “Print” you create a printable view.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “Nothing is planned for … yet”
- Create events under “Create event” or page to another year.
- “The annual plan could not be loaded”
- Reload the page. For child accounts the parental setting can block viewing events.
- “There are very many events, the first … are shown”
- Use the calendar or the event list for the remaining events.
Bon à savoir
- The annual plan is a pure view; it creates nothing. Change events via the event page.
- The terms of office appear so that elections can be planned in time.
