Create membership fee claims and record incoming payments
How to create the annual fee for all members and keep track of who has not paid yet.

Requisitos
- You are an administrator or owner of the club.
- The members have already been admitted to the club.
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
Only the owners and administrators of the club itself can see and edit the fee overview. Each member only sees their own claims under “My fees” (for children, their guardians do).
Paso a paso
Open the fee overview
Open the club, go to “Club life”, switch to “Leadership” at the top and choose the “Fee overview” in the group “Money and funding”. It is headed “Who has not paid yet?”.
Create a new claim
Click “New claim”. Enter a “Name” (for example “Annual fee 2027”), the “Amount per member (euros)” and “Due on”, then confirm with “Create claim”. It is created for all active members, at most 5,000 per run.
Avoid duplicate runs
If you create the same name again, no duplicate claims are generated (“… created, … already existed”). For next year, choose a new name.
Check open amounts
Use the filters “Open”, “Paid” and “All” to see the status. The tiles “Open amount” and “Overdue” show what is still outstanding.
Record an incoming payment
When the money is in the club account, mark the claim as “Paid”. You can also waive an amount (“Waived”); “Reopen” undoes either. CLUP.life does not book money, you record the payment by hand.
Export as CSV
“As CSV” downloads all claims as a table. Every export is noted in the administration log.

Errores habituales y soluciones
- “Please enter an amount in euros, e.g. 60 or 12.50.”
- Enter the amount with a comma or period, without a currency sign.
- “There are no members for this claim.”
- There are no active members. Admit members first.
- “Only the club leadership can see the fee overview.”
- You only have member rights. Ask the owners or administrators of the club for the role or to do the task.
- More than 5,000 members in one run.
- Create the claim separately for each sub-unit.
Conviene saber
- Amounts are stored encrypted and are visible only to the leadership and the person concerned. The association does not see your club's fee overview.
- For direct debit, bank statement matching and reminders see “SEPA direct debit, payment matching and reminders” (Premium).
