Evaluations and annual report for the club leadership

How to see membership development, activity and fee status as charts without individuals becoming identifiable.

Ten artykuł jest na razie dostępny tylko po niemiecku i angielsku; pokazujemy wersję angielską.

Wymagania

  • You are an administrator or owner of the club.
  • Activity, finances, annual report and CSV need Premium. Overview and the member evaluation are free.

Kto może to zrobić?

Only owners and administrators of the club itself (directly, never inherited) see evaluations. Members without a leadership role do not see them.

Krok po kroku

  1. Open evaluations

Open “Club life”, switch to “Leadership” and choose “Evaluations & reports” in “Evaluations and extracts”.

  2. Choose a tab

At the top are “Overview”, “Members”, “Activity”, “Finances” and “Annual report”. Members shows development, joins and leavers, age structure and distribution across groups.

  3. Set the period

Choose the “Period” (30 days, 90 days, 12 months, current year, previous year) and switch on “Compare with previous year” if needed. Switch the display between “Chart” and “Table”.

  4. Understand small groups

Groups of fewer than 5 people appear as “fewer than 5” or “<5”. This prevents back-calculation. With very few members the age distribution is omitted entirely.

  5. Print or export the report

On the “Annual report” tab you create the report for printing; “As CSV” downloads the figures as a table.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania

“The figures are being calculated.”
For large organizations the evaluation is calculated overnight. Check again tomorrow morning.
“No evaluation possible yet”
Once members have joined and events take place, key figures and trends appear.
“Available with Premium.”
Activity, finances, annual report and CSV are part of Premium. The leadership books it under “Subscription & invoices”.
“Too few voluntary entries for an evaluation (at least 10 needed).”
The gender distribution shows only voluntary entries and only from 10 entries.

Warto wiedzieć

  • All evaluations show only numbers, never individuals. Small cells are masked on the server.
  • Children appear only as age group counts. Financial figures (fees open and paid, donations) are visible only to the leadership with a direct role.
