Prérequis
- The event already exists.
- You created it or may edit all events in the organization.
Qui peut le faire ?
The event organizers (the person who created the event or anyone allowed to edit all events) can create and change the agenda. Everyone who may see the event also sees the agenda. Otherwise the feature is not visible to you.
Pas à pas
Open the event page
Open the event in the calendar and go to the “Agenda” section. If there is no agenda yet, “Create agenda” appears.
Add items
Use “Add item” to add an item. Enter the title (for example “Treasurer’s report”) and optionally a note. Change the order with the “move up” and “move down” arrows.
Set the time
For each item give “start (time)” and optionally “end (time)”. If an item runs past midnight use “day after the start”. Alternatively a duration in minutes is enough (older way). Times are relative to the start of the event, so they are right in every recurrence.
Place and person in charge
Optionally add a place (for example “Hall 2”) and a person in charge (name or role). Both appear in the display and in the description of the calendar file.
Save
Click “Save agenda”. “Agenda saved.” appears. With “Carry over to minutes” you can create the template for the minutes from the agenda.
For recurring events
You see “For which events?”: “All events in the series” changes the default agenda, “Only this event” creates a separate agenda for that day. “Reset to series” makes the day follow the series again. Days with their own agenda stay unchanged when the series changes.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “The agenda could not be saved.”
- Check that every item has a title and that the end is after the start, then try again.
- The “Agenda” section is missing.
- Without an agenda only the event organizers see the section. For everyone else it appears once the organizers have added items.
Bon à savoir
- Do not put health or other sensitive details about people into the agenda; everyone who sees the event can read it.
