Verify clubs and obtain consent
An association only sees clubs once they have consented through a joint verification – this is how it works.

Wymagania
- You are “Owner” or “Admin” in the association (direct role).
- Verification is enabled for the association (free of charge).
Kto może to zrobić?
Association leadership with the “edit organization” right (Admin) can request, confirm, renew and end verifications – only with the direct role in the association. On the club side, club leadership decides on consent and ending.
Krok po kroku
Open the page
Under “Manage”, open “Membership & verification”. With “Enable verification” you enable it for the association – it costs nothing.
Ask the club
Under “Verify clubs” find “Ask club for verification”. Enter the page identifier (the part of the address after /organisation/) and click “Ask”. The status is “requested”.
Wait for consent
A verification is always a request that the other side must confirm. The club sees a request and can “Agree” or “Decline”. Only after consent is the club “verified”.
Answer requests from clubs
If a club asks you, it appears under “Requests from clubs”. Choose “Verify” or “Decline”.
Maintain verifications
Under “Issued verifications” you can “Renew” (by one year) or “End” a verification. The platform reminds you 30 days before it expires.
Ask all direct clubs at once
With “Cover costs for clubs” and “View preview” you ask all direct clubs for verification and bear the cost of their member verification. The clubs decide for themselves whether to agree.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania
- “Activation required” – to verify, verification must be enabled for your association.
- Enable it at the top of the page. It costs nothing.
- “Association or municipality not found.” / “Not found.”
- The identifier is wrong or the page is not active. Check the club page address after /organisation/.
- A club does not appear in your figures.
- It has not consented, or the verification expired or ended. Unverified clubs stay invisible; you only see how many there are.
Warto wiedzieć
- Privacy: an association only sees verified clubs and their verified members; it never sees financial or consent data. Child accounts are never verified for associations.
- A club can end the verification at any time – the seal disappears immediately and its data and functions stay unchanged. Links that existed before verification are marked “Carried over from existing data”.
