Retrieve donation receipts (Zuwendungsbestätigungen)
Under “My donation receipts” you download the receipts of your clubs as PDF, for example for your tax return.

Prérequis
- A club has issued a donation receipt to your account
Qui peut le faire ?
You only see your own receipts. They are issued by the club; you cannot create them yourself.
Pas à pas
Open the page
Open “Settings → My donation receipts” (or My area → Membership and credentials).
Choose a receipt
Under “Your receipts” each is listed with “No.”, issue date and the label “transmitted by the club” or “Duplicate”.
Download
Choose “Download PDF” and submit the PDF to the tax office if needed.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “No receipt yet”
- As soon as a club issues a donation receipt to you, it appears here. Ask the club whether it was issued to your account.
- “The download failed.”
- Try again.
- A receipt has disappeared.
- If a receipt is canceled, it disappears here and you get an alert.
Bon à savoir
- If the club sent the receipt to you electronically, your download is the official copy; otherwise it is marked “Duplicate”.
- The document is the official text and exists in German only. The club keeps the copy for ten years; if you delete your account, the record stays with the club without a link to your account.
