Requisiti
- You are signed in
Chi può farlo?
Everyone sets their own limits. Accounts with special responsibility have shorter upper limits: club leadership at most 7 days, platform roles at most 12 hours and 2 hours of inactivity. For children the parents set the upper limit.
Passo dopo passo
Open the setting
Open “Settings → Sign-in & security” and scroll to “Session length”.
Choose the maximum session length
Choose how long a session may last at most (15 minutes to 90 days, or “Custom length …”). After that you have to sign in again, even if you are active.
Choose the inactivity sign-out
Choose after how much time without activity you are signed out, e.g. 30 minutes. Two minutes before, a notice with “Stay signed in” appears.
Save
Shorter limits apply immediately, also on devices where you are already signed in. Longer limits only apply to new sign-ins. If the change would sign you out right away, the page asks first.
Children (for parents)
If you have a child account with its own access, “Your children’s session length” appears below. There you set the upper limit per child; it takes effect immediately when shortened.

Errori comuni e soluzioni
- “A shorter maximum session length is required for your account.”
- Your account has an upper limit (club leadership, platform role or parental limit). Choose a length within the limit shown.
- I was signed out and see “You were signed out because of inactivity”.
- That is your own setting. Sign in; you return to the page you were on. Choose a longer inactivity limit under “Session length” if you do not want this.
Da sapere
- For changing your password, changing your email address, deleting your account, payments and data export you are still asked for your password separately.
- If the session length is extended, CLUP.life sends you a security email. If it was not you, change your password and end all sessions.
