Requisiti
- You are an adult member of at least one club, association or group.
Chi può farlo?
Every adult member sees their own tasks here. Only the leadership can create and assign tasks, in the task lists of the organization.
Passo dopo passo
Open My tasks
Choose “My tasks” in the sidebar (or under “Me”). At the top “overdue”, “due today” and “in 7 days” show what is coming up; a click sets the filter.
What appears here
Tasks assigned to you directly, through your office or through your group, plus your shifts, bring lists you took and the deadlines of your offices. Entries are ordered by due date and grouped into “Overdue”, “Today” and “In the next 7 days”.
Filter
Choose “Due”, “Type”, “Status” and “Club”. With “Done (30 days)” you see what you ticked off recently.
Tick off and open
Tick a task to finish it. Click the title to see steps, comments and attachments. Shifts, bring lists and deadlines open their own page.
For my child
If you have custody of a child, choose “For” and your child’s name: you see the child’s shifts and bring lists separately. Task lists are for adults only.

Errori comuni e soluzioni
- A task is missing from the list.
- Check the filters at the top. Tasks of deleted or archived lists and tasks of clubs you are no longer a member of do not appear.
- “You cannot view anything for this person here.”
- The view for a child exists only for guardians with confirmed custody.
Da sapere
- You set reminders (newly assigned, due tomorrow, due today, overdue) under Settings → Notifications (type “Tasks”).
- There is no pre-stored list per person: the page works out what concerns you every time you open it – a change of office takes effect immediately.
