View events: calendar and event page
The calendar brings together the events of all your clubs, associations and groups; the event page shows time, place, attendance and more.
EventsBasic (free)Checked on 30.10.2026
Prerequisites
- You are a member of at least one organization (or have an invitation to an event)
Who may do this?
You see events of your organizations and public events. What is only for members is invisible to outsiders. Only someone with the right in the organization may create events.
Step by step
Open the calendar
Choose “Calendar” in the navigation. Your browser remembers the view (day, week, month, year or event list).
Filter
With “Filter by organization” you narrow it to one club. If you have children, choose “My events”, “Whole family” or a child; each title is then prefixed with who it applies to.
Open an event
Choose an event. The event page shows time, place (or online link), attendance (“{n} going of {max} spots”), registration deadline, target group, accessibility and – if present – agenda, shifts, tasks, bring list, photos and minutes.
Share or print
Via “Actions ▾” you copy the link (share event) or print the event with its participant list. Edit, cancel and invite only appear if you have the matching rights.
You can find the feature here: /kalender
Common errors and solutions
- “Event not found – This event does not exist or is not visible to you.”
- Check the link. The event may belong to an organization you are not a member of.
- The calendar shows no events of a child.
- The parents enable “View events” in the child account.
- The event shows “This event was canceled”.
- Registration is no longer possible; the event stays visible.
Good to know
- Events from a club’s embedded calendar subscription are read-only (“From calendar subscription”); responding yes or no is still possible.
- The participation fee is only information from the event leader; payment does not run through CLUP.life.
