Subscribe to your events in your phone calendar (calendar subscription)
A secret subscription link makes your CLUP.life events appear automatically in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook — for all events or only for one club, group or team. Free.

Requisiti
- You are signed in
- For a link per club or group, you are a member there
Chi può farlo?
Every account can create subscription links for itself — free of charge. There is a separate link per club, group or team; it only works while you are a member there. For child accounts, the parents’ “See events” permission applies.
Passo dopo passo
Open the page
Open “Settings → Calendar subscription”. You will also find the link for a single club or team where the events are listed: organization → Events → “More” → “Subscribe to calendar”.
Create the link
Choose “Create subscription link” — either at the top for all your events or, in the list “Just one club, group or team”, for the organization you want. The link is shown only once: copy it right away with “Copy link”, open it with “Open in calendar app” or scan the QR code with your phone camera.
Set it up in your calendar app
The page shows instructions for iPhone/Mac, Android, Google Calendar and Outlook. iPhone: scan the QR code, or go to Settings → Calendar → Accounts and add a subscribed calendar. Google Calendar (computer): “Other calendars” → “From URL”, paste the link (replace webcal:// with https://). Outlook: “Add calendar” → “Subscribe from web”.
Manage the subscription
Each link shows “Active since …” and when it was last fetched. “Create new link” replaces the link (the old one stops working); “End subscription” invalidates it immediately.

Errori comuni e soluzioni
- “The link could not be created.”
- Try again. For a child account, the parents must have allowed “See events”.
- Events appear late.
- Your calendar app fetches the link regularly (at most hourly); new and changed events appear after a few minutes to hours, depending on the app.
- A club’s link no longer returns events.
- If you left the club, its link is invalid immediately. Join again and create a new link.
- The link fell into the wrong hands.
- Choose “End subscription” or “Create new link”; the old link is invalid immediately.
Da sapere
- Anyone who knows the link sees the events without signing in. Do not share it.
- The calendar only contains events you may see in CLUP.life (title, time, place, shortened description), but no participant lists. The provider of your calendar app learns which events you have.
- A club’s calendar subscription, with which a club embeds other calendars, is something else.
