Cet article n’est pour l’instant disponible qu’en allemand et en anglais ; nous affichons la version anglaise.
Prérequis
- You can see the event in CLUP.life
Qui peut le faire ?
Anyone who may see an event can add it to their calendar. Public events also work without signing in. For child accounts, the parents’ “See events” permission applies; “Invited people only” events are available to invited people only.
Pas à pas
Open the event
Open the event, for example via “Calendar” or an organization’s events.
Choose “Add to calendar”
Below the description you will find the “Add to calendar” button. It opens four options.
Choose an option
“iPhone, Mac, Outlook: .ics file” downloads a calendar file that your device opens to add the event. “Open in calendar app” opens the event directly in the calendar app. “Google Calendar” and “Outlook on the web” open their page for creating an event with title, time and place filled in.
Confirm in your calendar
Confirm adding it in your calendar app. Recurring events bring their recurrence along.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “This event is locked for this account. Ask your parents.”
- On a child account the parents have not allowed “See events”.
- The event changes later, but not in the calendar.
- A single event is copied only once. You get changes and cancellations automatically with the calendar subscription (see “Subscribe to your events in your phone calendar”).
Bon à savoir
- With “Google Calendar” and “Outlook on the web”, title, time and place are passed to the provider only when you click.
- The file contains no participant list and no conference link.
