Help out: the volunteer board
Find your club’s open tasks – a shift at the festival, treasury, coaching help – and sign up with “I’ll help”.

- For requests “members only”: membership in the club
Qui peut le faire ?
The leadership can post requests for members or for everyone. Child accounts have no access to the volunteer board.
Pas à pas
Find requests
On the club page open “Help” (“Help out”) or search under “Discover → Get involved”.
Check the task
Each request shows description, time frame, effort (“approx. n h”), place, status (“open”, “filled”) and “looking until …”. “members only” marks internal requests.
Sign up
Choose “I’ll help”. A short message to those responsible is optional (for example when you have time); only the leadership sees it.
Withdraw
With “Withdraw offer” you take your offer back.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “No helpers are being sought right now”
- Check back later or look for another club under “Clubs and groups”.
- “The volunteer board is not available for child accounts.”
- Ask your parents or the group leader where you can get involved.
Bon à savoir
- Requests expire automatically after 60 days; the leadership can extend them.
- With “I’ll help” you notify those responsible, who will get in touch.
