Write to a function, for example the clubhouse warden

You write to a club’s function instead of a single person – with or without an account.

CommunicationBasic (free)Checked on 06.11.2026

Prerequisites

  • The leadership has opened the function for your group (visitors, accounts, members or organizations).
  • With an account: you are signed in. Without: you use the form on the public club page.

Who may do this?

Anyone for whom the leadership has opened the function may write. Child profiles without access cannot write; child accounts only with the guardians’ permission. An organization writes through a person with leadership permission.

Step by step

  1. Find the function

Without an account, open the public club page and choose the function under “Reach functions”. With an account, open “Write to a function” in the club area.

  2. Write your message

Enter a subject and your message. Without an account, name and email address are optional – without an address there is no reply. Confirm your consent and click “Send message”.

  3. Read the reply

With an account you find the reply under “My messages to functions” and get a notification. Without an account it arrives by email at the address you gave.

You can find the feature here: /organisation/<kennung>/funktion-anschreiben

Common errors and solutions

I do not see the function.
The leadership has not opened it for you or it is currently switched off.
I get “too many messages”.
There are limits per address and hour. Please try again later.

Good to know

  • Do not write health data, details about religion, politics or origin, or passwords – also not about other people or children.
  • Your message is encrypted and visible only to the function. As a visitor it is deleted after 90 days without activity, your address once the case is closed. With an account you can delete it yourself and export your data.
