Download a copy of your data (access and export)

Under “Privacy” you download everything stored about you as a file with one click (access under Art. 15 and data portability under Art. 20 GDPR).

Under Settings and Privacy you download a copy of your data, see your consents and learn how account deletion works.

Your data belongs to you. Open the settings and choose the “Privacy” section.
Under “Consents” you see every agreement you have given. You can withdraw it here at any time, and every change is saved as a record.
Further down are your rights under the GDPR. Under “Access and data portability” you download everything stored about you with one click.
One click on “Download data” starts your request. You get the file right away, in a format that other programs can read as well.
For safety CLUP.life asks for your password once more. You confirm it, and the file is created.
You correct wrong details yourself in your profile. “Submit objection” lets you object to processing, and “Deactivate account” hides you temporarily.
Under “Deletion” you request that your account and data be removed. CLUP.life asks once more first. We only show the prompt here and cancel.
Your account is blocked and only anonymized for good after thirty days. In that time you can still cancel the deletion. We choose “Cancel”.

Everyone gets their own data. For a child account the legal guardian downloads the data on the child’s page.

Open Privacy
Open “Settings → Privacy” and scroll to “Your rights under the GDPR”.
Download
Under “Access and data portability” (Art. 15 and 20) choose “Download data”. The message “Your data access file is being created…” appears, then “Data access file downloaded.”
Check the file
You immediately receive a machine-readable file (JSON) with account, profile, memberships, posts, comments, messages, events, bookings, poll votes, consent records and more.
For a child
Open “Settings → Child accounts”, the child, and choose “Download all data of …” → “Download data”.

“Export failed.”: Try again; check your connection. If the error persists, contact us via the support form.
The file is hard to read.: It is meant for machines (JSON). A text editor or JSON viewer displays it.

The file contains all your details in plain text. Keep it safe and do not pass it on.
Under “Your requests” you see your privacy requests with their processing status.
You can correct inaccurate details yourself in your profile.
