An association admin acts as a moderator in sub-units. Club internals stay with the club; the association sees only verified members.

What’s free, what’s Premium?
Setting up an association costs nothing. Premium adds analytics, reports, circulars, and more storage; for verified clubs, a small connection fee applies, which the association pays.
- Basic (free): set up an association, club overview, membership structure, announcements to your own members.
- Premium: dashboard, reports, time series, exports, circulars to verified clubs, 10 GB storage.
- The association can enable and pay for Premium for its verified clubs.
- Premium for associations and municipalities: €500.00 per month or €5,000.00 per year (net plus 19 % VAT).
- Per verified club: €12.00 per year, €9.00 from 100 clubs, €6.00 from 500 clubs (net, in each case for every club).

How many levels can an association have?
As many as you like: associations can bring together other associations and clubs, with no fixed depth — from the region up to the national level.
Does every club we connect have to pay?
No. Clubs use CLUP.life for free. If you verify clubs, the connection fee is charged to the association, not the club.
What does the association see of the clubs?
Only its verified members, and only what the permissions allow. The clubs’ internals stay with the clubs.
Can the association take over Premium for its clubs?
Yes. An association can enable and pay for Premium for the clubs it has verified, with explicit cost confirmation.
How large can an association be?
CLUP.life is designed for hundreds of thousands of members. Posts are assembled when read, so an association post doesn’t trigger hundreds of thousands of write operations.
How do I get started with an existing association?
Feel free to contact us. We’ll discuss with you how clubs are connected and existing entries are claimed.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Falkenstein (Germany); encrypted backups are stored in Finland (EU). Names, contact details, messages, and club content are additionally encrypted individually.
Are there ads or tracking?
No. There is no external advertising, no ad networks, and no analytics scripts. Instead of ads, clubs can win sponsors — openly and only with the consent of both sides.
