Privacy & security

Trust is not an add-on. It is the foundation.

    Sponsors never receive member, user, or behavioral data. There is no audience targeting by individuals and no personalized advertising.

    A sponsor appears only once the platform has reviewed their profile and both sides have agreed. Either side can end it at any time.

  • Double encrypted

    Names, contact details, messages and club content are individually encrypted in the database — on top of the server’s own encryption.

  • Built for the EU

    GDPR from day one: access, export, deletion with a grace period, roles and permissions following the principle of “as little as necessary”.

What’s free, what’s Premium?

Creating a sponsor profile costs nothing. For a funding contribution, a platform fee applies; the payment service’s costs are shown separately.

  • Clubs create sponsorship packages (club Premium) and invite sponsors by link or QR code.
  • For offers aimed at children and teens, alcohol, tobacco, and gambling sponsors are excluded.
  • For a funding contribution, CLUP.life keeps a platform fee of 10 % of the net amount.

Frequently asked questions

Do I get member data?

No. Sponsors never receive member, user, follower, or behavioral data, only anonymized figures at the organization level.

When is my name mentioned?

Only after your profile is approved and both sides have agreed. You can end the mention at any time, and it disappears immediately.

Which sponsors are excluded?

For offers aimed at children and teens, alcohol, tobacco, and gambling sponsors are excluded.

Can I pay for a Premium?

Yes, as a Premium sponsorship for a club. Your club decides which benefits in return are included.

Does my profile have to be public?

No. Public listing is voluntary and revocable. Without it, you are visible only to clubs you have contacted yourself.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in Falkenstein (Germany); encrypted backups are stored in Finland (EU). Names, contact details, messages, and club content are additionally encrypted individually.

Are there ads or tracking?

No. There is no external advertising, no ad networks, and no analytics scripts. Instead of ads, clubs can win sponsors — openly and only with the consent of both sides.
