Setting up a municipality costs nothing. For verified clubs, a small annual fee applies, which the municipality pays; the clubs get the seal and pay nothing.
- Basic (free): city calendar for residents and club directory.
- Premium: analytics, reports, circulars to verified clubs, 10 GB storage.
- Premium for associations and municipalities: €500.00 per month or €5,000.00 per year (net plus 19 % VAT).
- Municipalities: €8.00 per verified club per year (net), with no pricing tiers.

Someone from the administration creates an account.
Step 2: Apply for a municipality
The application under “Membership and verification” is reviewed before the municipality is activated.
Step 3: Verify clubs
Clubs are confirmed; those who approve their events appear in the city calendar.

Do we need our own software for this?
No. CLUP.life runs in the browser; no installation is needed.
Who sees the event calendar?
Everyone, even without an account. It shows only public events from approved, verified clubs.
Do clubs have to pay?
No. The municipality pays the connection fee; the clubs pay nothing for it and get the seal.
Is residents’ data collected?
The public calendar needs no account and sets no trackers. Personal data arises only when people sign up themselves.
How is our municipality reviewed?
The municipality application is reviewed before activation. As part of that, you accept the data processing agreement and the terms and conditions for organizations.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Falkenstein (Germany); encrypted backups are stored in Finland (EU). Names, contact details, messages, and club content are additionally encrypted individually.
Are there ads or tracking?
No. There is no external advertising, no ad networks, and no analytics scripts. Instead of ads, clubs can win sponsors — openly and only with the consent of both sides.
