AI-generatedThe benefits
What CLUP.life does for you
Group sessions with recurring events
Recurring events keep the same time even after the clock change. RSVPs show who’s coming.
Messages to the group
Group messages and posts reach exactly the group — with protective rules for child and teen accounts.
Shifts, tasks, carpools
Who brings what, who drives, who’s on duty? Task lists and carpools make it visible.
Files in one place
Storage with folders and permissions instead of scattered attachments.
Your club may already be here
A group always belongs to a club. Publicly known clubs may already be listed on CLUP.life as an entry without an owner — look for yours under “Discover clubs” and talk to the club leadership.
Privacy & security
Trust is not an add-on. It is the foundation.
Permissions flow from top to bottom
Visibility and roles follow the structure of association, club, group. A group sees only what is meant for it.
Double encrypted
Names, contact details, messages and club content are individually encrypted in the database — on top of the server’s own encryption.
Built for the EU
GDPR from day one: access, export, deletion with a grace period, roles and permissions following the principle of “as little as necessary”.
No external advertising, no tracking
No analytics scripts, no ad networks, no third-party servers for fonts or images.
Cost
What’s free, what’s Premium?
Groups don’t book anything themselves: you use CLUP.life for free, and the Premium of the sponsoring club applies, if it has one.
- Basic (free): events, messages, posts, polls, tasks, file storage with a basic quota.
- Club Premium: automatically applies to the club’s groups as well.
You can find all prices, the comparison, and the connection fees on the pricing page.
How to get started
On board in three steps.
Step 1: Choose a club
Your group belongs to a club — you’ll find it in the search or set one up.
Step 2: Create group
The leadership creates the group and invites people by link.
Step 3: Plan the first group session
Create the event as a recurring series — everyone RSVPs with one tap.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Can a group exist without a club?
Groups always belong to a club. If you don’t have one, you set one up — that’s free.
Who is allowed to create a group?
The club leadership creates groups and assigns the permissions within them.
Does everyone in the club see the group’s content?
Only what is meant for them. Group events and messages reach the group, not the whole club.
How do recurring group sessions work?
You create the series once. The events are calculated in local time, so they don’t shift by an hour after the clock change.
Can children take part in groups?
Yes, through child accounts managed by guardians. The protective rules for chats also apply in groups.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Falkenstein (Germany); encrypted backups are stored in Finland (EU). Names, contact details, messages, and club content are additionally encrypted individually.
Are there ads or tracking?
No. There is no external advertising, no ad networks, and no analytics scripts. Instead of ads, clubs can win sponsors — openly and only with the consent of both sides.
