Our values

Personal data belongs to people, not to us. We encrypt it, store as little as possible, delete it after fixed periods, and do without ads and tracking.

For us, data protection is not an aspiration but an acceptance criterion: a new feature only goes live once it meets this requirement.

Clubs hold our society together. What helps them helps everyone. That is why the core features for taking part, security, and a club's legal minimum tasks are always free.

Every club and every member can use CLUP.life for free, with no base fee and no time limit. For elaborate additional features we ask for a small cost contribution, or they are paid for by third parties, for example through sponsoring.

If you do not need premium, you lose nothing: data stays visible and exportable.

Volunteers do the work we want to make easier. We save them administrative time, take data protection and legal worries off their plate, and work with volunteers ourselves, as equals and with clear agreements.

We say what we can do and what we cannot. Where we lack information, there are no claims, just a gap.
