Club consulting and onboarding
The start decides whether a club keeps using CLUP.life. You help boards get off to a good start quickly.
volunteer, remote · about 3 to 5 hours per week, calls by appointment. No compensation, no employment relationship.
Your tasks
- Hold short introductory calls with new clubs
- Support clubs in setting up groups, events, and roles
- Collect typical onboarding hurdles and report them to the product team
- Improve introductory material and checklists
What you bring
- You know board work or club administration from your own experience
- You like explaining and listen well
- You keep in mind that member data belongs to the club and not to us
What you get out of it
You get to know many different clubs and give volunteers immediate, concrete help.
