Availability plan “Who can when?” for standby and deployment
Members voluntarily report when they can be reached; the leadership sees a traffic light per hour against the target strength, without anyone being monitored.

Wymagania
- Members are active adults and explicitly consent to the report.
- The leadership has the permission “Manage members” directly in the club.
Kto może to zrobić?
Every active adult member may read, change and withdraw their own report. Only whoever has “Manage members” directly sees and maintains the plan, names per hour, target strength and functions; for everyone else (including Moderation and association leadership) it is not visible. Minimum strength and evaluation are Premium.
Krok po kroku
Submit a report
In club life (Planning) open the entry “Who can when?” and click “Report availability”. Give the consent (“I consent to the club leadership seeing my reported times. I can withdraw this at any time.”).
Enter times and functions
With “Add time” enter recurring weekly times (weekday, “from”, “to”); under “My functions” choose your functions. The times apply every week in local time (Germany) and do not shift with daylight saving. Click “Save”.
View the plan (leadership)
The leadership opens “Plan for the leadership” and clicks “Show plan”. The table shows per weekday and hour the people available with a traffic light against the “Target strength per hour”. A click on a cell names the people.
Maintain target strength and functions
Set the “Target strength per hour”. Under “Functions” create functions with “Create” (for example machinist) and rename them. The “Minimum strength” per function and the evaluation (“Evaluate shortfall”) are Premium.
Withdraw
Members delete their report with “Withdraw consent and delete report”; it is deleted immediately.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania
- “That could not be loaded”
- Reload the page. Child accounts and outsiders do not see the function.
- The plan is missing although you are Moderation or association leadership.
- Only whoever has “Manage members” directly in the club sees plan and names – not via the association.
- “Available with Premium” for minimum strength or evaluation
- Reporting, plan and traffic light stay free. Minimum strength and shortfall evaluation are part of Premium.
- “That did not work. Please try again.” when saving
- Without the consent ticked no report is possible; tick it and save again.
Warto wiedzieć
- Availability is behavioral data: the report is voluntary, stored encrypted, and every look by the leadership is logged (without names).
- Members see only the number of participants, and only from five people.
- Leaving, removal and account deletion delete the report. For municipal fire brigades the use must be agreed with the authority or staff representation.
