- You have the right “Award badges” directly in the club (moderator and higher, for example trainer or group leader).
- The recipients are active members of the club.
Qui peut le faire ?
Anyone with “Award badges” directly in the club can create, award and withdraw; an umbrella association cannot. The leadership sees all recipients of its club. Who else sees an award is decided by the person (for children, the parents); the club can only narrow it.
Pas à pas
Open awards
Open “Club life”, switch to “Leadership” and choose “Award badges” in “Offices and honors”. Start with “New award” (the first time “Create first award”).
Describe the award
Enter the name (for example “Seahorse” or “City marathon”), a description and a category (for example “Sport and competition”, “Skill and badge”, “Achievement and title”, “Commitment and thanks”). Choose a “Symbol” and a color or upload “Or your own image” (square, replaces the symbol).
Set options
“With certificate as PDF” allows recipients and the leadership to download a PDF. “With measured value” adds a label and unit, for example “Distance” in km. Under “Who in the club sees the recipients?” choose “Members (if the person agrees)” or “Leadership only”.
Award it
Choose the award and click “award”. Under “Select recipients” tick a person; add the issue date, “Value” (for example 42.195) and “Note (optional)”. The people are notified, for children their parents too.
Several at once (Premium)
With Premium you tick several recipients (“Select all shown”) and award in one step, for example after a sports festival. Awarding individually stays free (a series is limited to 200 per run).
Own certificate template (Premium)
Under “Own certificate template” you design the title, text with placeholders and two signature lines. Without your own template the free standard certificate appears.
View recipients, withdraw, archive
Clicking an award shows “View recipients” by issue date. “Withdraw” deletes an award; the person also loses it on their own page. An award that has been given can only be archived, not deleted. “All awards received as a list” filters by award, category, year and name.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “This award has already been given. You can archive it but not delete it.”
- Archive it. You can reactivate it later.
- “This award is archived. Restore it first.”
- Reactivate the award before you give it.
- “The label and unit of the value belong together.”
- Fill in both fields or leave both empty.
- A person does not appear in the selection.
- Awards go to active members only. For children the active membership of a guardian is enough.
- “Available with Premium.”
- Series awarding, own certificate template and evaluation need Premium. Awarding individually and the standard certificate do not.
Bon à savoir
- Privacy: An award is a statement about a person and private by default. At first only the person, for children the parents, and the leadership see it. Children can only read; visibility and deletion are decided by the parents, never wider than “Club”. The person can delete any award, which also removes it at the club.
- Former members: the award stays with the person; the club view shows current members only.
- Premium: series awarding, own certificate template, evaluation (awards per year, type, category). Free: catalog, single awards also to children, recipient list, standard certificate, withdrawing.
