Sponsorship requests, applications and letting a sponsor take over the club’s Premium
How to post a request, decide on sponsor applications, let a sponsor take over the Premium membership and control where sponsors and amounts appear.

¿Quién puede hacerlo?
Only people with “Manage sponsors” directly in the club manage requests, applications and display settings. Sponsors see only their own applications. Posting and showing requests is free.
Paso a paso
Post a request
Open Club life, Sponsors, “Requests” and choose “Post a request”. Choose the type: “Take over Premium membership”, “Money sponsorship” or “In-kind”, describe the goal and give an amount or range.
Define what the sponsor receives
Choose what the sponsor gets, for example a logo on the jersey, a plaque on the donated bench or a mention on the club page, and add free text.
Choose placement
Decide where the sponsor appears: the club’s main page, event pages (for the chosen events) and club emails as a text line with a link. System emails contain no images.
Decide on applications
Sponsors apply with an offer. Under “View applications” you see the offer, the split and the message and choose “Accept” or “Decline”. You get a notification for every new application.
Let a sponsor take over Premium
For a Premium request the sponsor pays one year of Premium (tariff price, net). If they offer more, the rest goes to the club as sponsoring, minus a 10% platform fee. After acceptance the sponsor confirms the start and pays.
Show amounts publicly (optional)
Under “Display of your sponsors” turn on the display of amounts. The amount only appears once the sponsor has agreed too; either side can withdraw at any time.

Errores habituales y soluciones
- The sponsor’s amount does not appear on the club page.
- Amounts are only visible when the club AND the sponsor have agreed. Check the status of both sides under “Display of your sponsors”.
- I cannot create another Premium request.
- A club can have one open Premium request. Change or close the existing one.
- An application cannot be accepted.
- Either the number of sponsors has been reached, the sponsor profile is no longer approved, or the sponsoring terms or the commitment are still missing. The message names the reason.
Conviene saber
- Sponsoring is not a donation; no donation receipt is issued. Clarify the tax treatment with your tax adviser.
- For children’s and youth groups the mention shows only name and logo, never amounts.
