Sponsors and partner offers: create packages and decide on requests
How to win local sponsors, create sponsorship packages and decide on requests.

Prérequis
- You have the right “Manage sponsors” directly in the club (administrator and higher).
- Creating and publishing packages needs Premium.
Qui peut le faire ?
Only people with “Manage sponsors” directly in the club manage packages, requests and agreements; the association cannot. Packages are publicly visible as soon as they are set to “Visible”. Requests and agreements are seen only by the leadership and the sponsor.

Open sponsors
Open “Club life”, switch to “Leadership” and choose “Sponsors” in “Money and funding”. The tabs are “Packages”, “Requests and partners”, “Find funding offers” and “Receive payments”.
Create packages
On “Packages” you create service packages with a price, for example “Logo next to the club logo” or “Main sponsor”. Set a package to “Visible” so that it appears publicly on the sponsor page.
Invite sponsors
Under “Invite sponsors” you share the link to the public sponsor page or print the QR code, for example for the sponsor letter.
Find funding offers
On “Find funding offers” you see offers from sponsors, for example “We support youth work in Ingelheim up to €500”. Apply if it fits; the sponsor decides.
Decide on requests
Under “Requests and partners” you accept or decline requests. After your approval the sponsor confirms the start; only then is it named on your page. Either side can end the partnership at any time.
Payment
So that sponsors can pay, set up payment receipt (see “Receive payments: set up the club's Stripe account”). In the payment block of the partnership you see amount, platform fee and status; “Refund” returns money.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “Available with Premium.”
- Creating and publishing sponsorship packages is part of Premium. Viewing and deciding on requests works without.
- “The club has not yet set up payment receipt.” (on the sponsor's side)
- Set up payment receipt at Stripe, then the sponsor can pay.
- A sponsor cannot be named.
- For clubs and groups with offers for under-18s, sponsors from the alcohol, tobacco (including e-cigarettes) and gambling (including sports betting) industries and youth-endangering areas are not allowed.
Bon à savoir
- Sponsoring is local support, not an advertising space: no advertising in the network, no tracking, and sponsors receive no member data.
- A sponsor appears only once the platform moderation has approved their profile, you have agreed and they have confirmed the start.
- The legal texts on sponsoring are drafts; the German version prevails.
