Requisitos
- The event is “Public”.
- You created the event or have the permission “Edit all events”.
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
The event leadership (creator or the permission “Edit all events”) enables the trial session. Only the event leadership sees the registrants’ details.
Paso a paso
Make the event public
A trial session works only for a public event. Set the visibility to “Public” under “Edit”.
Allow the trial session
Open the section “Trial session for interested people” on the event page, switch on “Trial session allowed” and set the “Spots for trial participants”. They are separate from the members’ spots. Click “Save”.
Share the link
Copy the “Public registration link (for notice board, website, social media)” with “Copy link” and share it.
Follow the registrations
You see “Registrations: … of … spots taken” and who is on the waiting list. With “Remove” you take out a registration. When a spot becomes free the waiting list moves up.
