Membership with an end date (school year, calendar year, child)
Support and parent associations let memberships end automatically at the end of the school year, the calendar year or when the child leaves.

Kto może to zrobić?
Setting, list and the end date per member: only leadership with the permission “Manage members” directly in this club (not via the association). The function is not visible to anyone else. Every active member sees and can extend their own end.
Krok po kroku
Open the page
In club life switch to “Leadership” and under “Planning and minutes” open “Fixed-term membership”.
Choose the limit for new members
Under “Limit for new members” set the “Mode”: no limit (default), ends with the school year (cut-off “Day” and “Month” adjustable, default 31 July) or with the calendar year (31 December). Click “Save”.
Understand the effect
The setting applies only to people who join after it is switched on (“since …”). Existing members are untouched. Leadership and owners never get an automatic end.
Set an end date for one member
Click “Set end for a member”, choose the “Member” and the “Type of end”: “Fixed date” (not in the past, at most five years ahead) or “Linked to the child”. With the link the membership ends 30 days after the child has left.
Watch the list
Under “Members with an end date” you see all end dates. With “Change” you adjust them, with “Remove end” you take them back.
Extension by the member
The member sees a note on the club page and can extend until the next cut-off as long as the limit is switched on (not with a link, not for leadership).

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania
- “Please choose a member.”
- In the “Change end date” dialog a person must be chosen under “Member”.
- “That did not work. Please try again.”
- Check the date (not in the past, at most five years ahead) and, for the link, that the child is an active member here and connected to the person as a family member.
Warto wiedzieć
- The end is a regular exit: offices, shifts and tasks are cleaned up as usual. The end day itself still counts as membership.
- We remind the member 30 days ahead; for child accounts only the guardians, never the child.
- Data minimization: anyone no longer taking part is not kept stored as an active member.
