Requisitos
- You have the permission “Moderate content” (from Moderation up) to create albums.
- Adults who are members may upload.
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
The leadership creates and manages albums (for an event also the event leadership); the leadership approves photos. Adult members may upload photos; you delete your own photos yourself at any time.
Paso a paso
Open photos
In club life (Content) open “Photos” and click “New album”.
Set up the album
Enter the title (for example Summer festival 2026), optionally description, date and a “Linked event” – its photos then appear in the album. Under “Who sees the album?” choose “Members”, “Leadership only” or “Public”.
Set approval
Switch on “Show members’ photos only after approval” if the leadership should check each photo before others see it. Click “Create album”.
Upload photos
Open the album, click “Add photos” and confirm that everyone recognizable in them agrees (for children, their guardians).
Approve
Photos “Awaiting approval” are checked by the leadership, who clicks “Approve” or “Remove”. With “Edit album” and “Delete album” you maintain the album.
