Duties and helper planning (cake sale, set-up, till)

   Open duties

   In club life (Planning) open the entry “Duties”. With “Period” switch between “Upcoming” and “Past”.

2. 2

   Create a duty

   Click “New duty” (or “Create first duty”). Enter the “Task” (for example Cake sale at the summer festival), “Start”, optionally “End” and the “People needed”.

3. 3

   Create a series

   With “Repeat (weeks)” you create several identical duties, each one week later (at most 26). 1 means only this duty. Under “Notes (optional)” add what to keep in mind. Click “Create duty”.

4. 4

   Members sign up

   Members click “Sign up” as long as spots are free (“… of … filled”). If the duty is full it says “Full”. With “Sign off” they remove themselves again.

5. 5

   Sign off and delete as leadership

   With “Sign off …” (leadership) you remove other people from a duty. With “Delete duty” you remove the duty with all sign-ups.

Errores habituales y soluciones

“Duties are created by the leadership.”

You lack the permission “Create events”. Ask the leadership.

“Available with Premium.”

Creating duties and signing up are part of Premium. Viewing and signing off keep working.

“Unfortunately this duty is already full.”

The duty has no free spots. Choose another or ask the leadership to raise the number of people.

“Already signed up.” / “This duty is in the past.”

You are already in, or the duty is over.

“Only members can sign up.”

Join the club to sign up.
