Write a post in the club and approve posts
Members write posts in the news section; if you wish, the moderation approves posts before publication.

Wymagania
- You are a member of the club.
- For approval: Moderation role or higher.
Kto może to zrobić?
Any member may write posts. If “Posts must be approved” is switched on in the master data, the moderation checks them before publication. The moderation also reviews reported posts. A post appears under your name, not under your children’s names.
Krok po kroku
Write a post
Open the organization page and the field “Write a post in …”. Enter the headline (required) and the text, and attach images if you wish.
Publish
Click “Publish”. “Your post is published.” appears. If the club requires approval, the button says “Submit for approval” and afterwards “Your post was submitted for approval.”; the post carries “Awaiting approval”.
Approve posts (moderation)
Under “Manage” open the section “Posts awaiting approval”. The oldest are on top. Click “Approve” or “Decline”; when declining you give a “Reason” that the author can read on the post.
Edit, pin, delete
In the action menu of a post you find “Edit”, “Pin” or “Unpin”, “Delete” and “Report”. A deleted post disappears from all views immediately and is removed permanently after 30 days.
Review reported posts
Under “Manage” the section “Reports” shows reported posts, comments and chat messages. You decide within 72 hours (serious cases 24 hours), otherwise the report goes to the next level.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania
- “Please give the post a headline.”
- The headline is required; enter it.
- “The post could not be saved.”
- Try again; check length and images.
- “Please confirm that you may publish the text and images.”
- This applies when sharing to social networks: tick “I may publish this text and these images.” (see the article “Distribute posts to social networks”).
- “Nothing to review” under “Posts awaiting approval”.
- Posts land there only if “Posts must be approved” is switched on in the master data.
Warto wiedzieć
- Each post additionally has its own visibility; a members-only post also stays hidden in the news.
- The organization sorts comments under posts uniformly (master data, “Sort comments under posts”).
- Comments and reactions are seen only by people who may see the post.
