Publish a notice on the notice board (with read confirmation)
The leadership announces invitations, notes and decisions; important notices can be pinned and given a read confirmation.

Write a post and an announcement
Publish an announcement on the notice board with read receipt and write a post on the club page – members see and comment.

- Important news for all members belongs on the notice board. You find it in club life under content. Here you click “New announcement”.
- Enter a heading and the text. Both are required. The heading also appears in the notification.
- With “Pin to top” the announcement stays on top. If you switch on “Require read receipt”, members must explicitly confirm they got it.
- With “Publish” all members can see it, and they are notified.
- On the announcement you see how many have already confirmed. That way you know who is still missing.
- Shorter news you write as a post right on the club page. Members can like it and comment on it.

Whoever has the permission “Publish announcements and documents” may publish (from Moderation up, or an office with a suitable role such as Secretary or Marketing and press). Only the leadership sees deleting and the evaluation of the read confirmation (who is still missing). All members read along.
Adım adım
Open the board
In club life (view “Leadership”) under “Maintain content” open “Write notices”, or as a member “Notice board” (Content). Click “New announcement”.
Heading and text
Enter the “Heading” (for example Invitation to the general assembly) and the “Text”.
Set the posting
With “Posted until (optional)” the announcement disappears for members afterwards. With “Pin to top” it stays at the top.
Require read confirmation
Switch on “Require read confirmation” if members should explicitly confirm receipt – useful for example for invitations to the general assembly. You then see who is still missing.
Publish
Click “Publish”. “Announcement published.” appears and the members are notified.
Follow the confirmations
On the announcement “… of … have confirmed” shows the status, “Who is still missing?” lists the people. Members confirm with “Confirm receipt”.
Delete
With “Delete” and confirmation (“Delete announcement?”) it disappears for all members.

- “Announcements are published by the leadership.”
- You lack the permission “Publish announcements and documents”. Ask the leadership for an office with a suitable role.
- “The announcement could not be published.”
- Check that heading and text are filled in and try again.
- “For announcements without read confirmation it is not evaluated who has read them.”
- You see who is missing only for announcements with read confirmation switched on.
- “Available with Premium.” on “Also send to all sub-units” in an association
- An association’s circular to its verified clubs is part of Premium. Announcements to your own members stay free.
Bilmekte fayda var
- Without read confirmation it is not evaluated who has read the announcement. With read confirmation only the leadership sees who confirmed and who did not.
- Associations can only send messages to verified clubs and members.
- A club may also send an announcement to all sub-units; it appears there read-only as “From the association” (Premium for an association).
