Prérequis
- You are an adult member. Task lists are not for child accounts.
Qui peut le faire ?
The leadership may create, assign and delete tasks. Members may take tasks; the responsible person or the leadership may hand them back and tick them off.
Pas à pas
Open tasks
In club life (Planning) open the entry “Tasks”. With “Status” switch between “Open” and “Done”.
Create a task
Click “New task”. Enter the “Task” (for example Check tents for damage), optionally “Due on” and “Responsible”. Without a selection any member can take the task. Click “Create”. Write only the task itself, nothing about people.
Take and hand back
Members click “Take” to take a free task and “Hand back” to return it.
Assign
The leadership chooses “Assign” and sets the responsible person under “Set responsibility”.
Tick off
With “Mark … as done” the responsible person ticks it off. With “Reopen …” you reopen the task. Overdue tasks show “Overdue since …”.
