How to keep an attendance list at an event and evaluate the year for funding applications.

Requisitos
- You created the event or may edit all events.
- The list can only be kept shortly before the event starts.
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
The event leadership (event creator or “edit all events”) keeps the list. Only the leadership sees the evaluation. Every member sees only their own entries under Settings, My attendance.
Paso a paso
Open the list at the event
Open the event and tap “Attendance” (“Keep attendance list”).
Record who is present
Tick those present. “All confirmed attending” takes over all RSVPs. For children the event leadership reports attendance.
Alternative: on-site code
Show the code on site. Members enter it on the event page and are recorded as present. It is valid for 90 minutes.
Open the annual evaluation
Open “Club life”, switch to “Leadership” and choose “Attendance” in “Planning and minutes”. The page shows “Attendance {year}” with recorded events and “Attendance per person” (Present, Absent, Rate).
Export as CSV
“As CSV” downloads every attendance of the year. The export is logged.

Errores habituales y soluciones
- “Attendance can only be recorded shortly before the event starts.”
- Open the list shortly before the event.
- “The attendance list is kept by the event leadership.”
- You lack the right to edit this event.
- “The event was cancelled.”
- There is no attendance for cancelled events.
- “No attendance recorded”
- Open an event and tap “Attendance” to keep the list.
Conviene saber
- Only whether someone was there is stored. The rate refers to the events for which you kept a list. Use the evaluation only for the club's purpose, for example grant evidence. The function is free; the grant report is Premium.
