Send a message to all subdivisions
An announcement from the association reaches the verified clubs and their verified members.

Prérequis
- You are at least “Moderator” in the association.
- The association has subdivisions; premium for “broadcast to subdivisions”.
Qui peut le faire ?
Writing announcements is possible from the role “Moderator”. Passing them on to subdivisions is a premium feature (code ASSOC_BROADCAST, blocked on the server); without premium the rest of the board stays usable. Recipients are only verified clubs and members.
Pas à pas
Open the board
In the club-life section of the association page, open the “Board” and create a new announcement with “Headline” and “Text”.
Choose options
If needed, set “Display until (optional)”, “Pin to top” and “Require read confirmation”.
Include subdivisions
Tick “Also send to all subdivisions”. Members of all clubs and groups below see the announcement read-only as “From the association”.
Check the audience
The note “Audience: verified only” tells you how many verified clubs and members are reached and how many clubs are not verified (and therefore not reached).
Publish
Send the announcement. The read-confirmation report only covers the association’s own members.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “Available with Premium.” (403 PREMIUM_REQUIRED)
- The broadcast is premium. Announcements to your own members stay free. Book premium under “Subscription & invoices” (owner or admin).
- The box “Also send to all subdivisions” is missing.
- It only appears if the association has subdivisions.
- A club did not receive the message.
- Unverified clubs are never reached. Ask the club for verification.
Bon à savoir
- Associations can only send messages to verified clubs and members. The legal basis is consent to the verification; it can be withdrawn at any time.
- Without read confirmation, nobody’s reading is evaluated.
