What an association pays (connection fee, premium) and how to find invoice items and the collective invoice.

Kto może to zrobić?
Plan, verification and invoice items are only visible to the owner and admin of the organization itself, not to the association above. Groups do not book on their own.
Krok po kroku
Understand the costs
The association itself is free. A connection fee is charged per verified club and year (as of 28 Oct 2026: €12, from 100 clubs €9, from 500 clubs €6, all net) – the price applies to every club.
Member verification
If a club verifies its members, it pays that itself. With “Cover costs for clubs” the association bears the cost: currently €0.50 per member and year, €0.30 from 10,000 verified members (net). Without cost coverage it is free for the club.
View the stock
Under “Subscription & invoices”, “Connection fees” shows your current stock: verified clubs and members result in an annual amount net and gross. The “Example calculation for another stock” runs scenarios.
Export invoice items
Under “Membership & verification” you find the “Invoice items” with “Export CSV” (“Export and tick off”). Members appear only as a count.
Collective invoice
With “Create collective invoice” all open items are bundled into one invoice; payment is on the payment provider’s hosted invoice page, with a payment term of 14 days.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania
- “Payment is not enabled yet.”
- Items are collected and can be exported until payment is active on the platform.
- “Nothing to bill at the moment.”
- There are no open items – nothing chargeable has been booked.
- “No permission” on Subscription & invoices
- Only the owner and admin of the organization itself manage the subscription and invoices.
Warto wiedzieć
- All prices net plus 19% VAT; the price page (/preise) is authoritative. Clarify the tax treatment with your tax advisor.
- If the stock grows into the next tier, the difference for units already billed is credited (adjustment item).
- Club rights never depend on payment; when a verification expires, only the seal lapses.
