The association sees how many of its clubs have accepted the current version of the data processing agreement.

Prérequis
- You are “Admin” or “Owner” of the association.
- Subdivisions exist.
Qui peut le faire ?
The overview appears in the association view of the analytics for association leadership. The club leaderships themselves have to accept the agreement.
Pas à pas
Open analytics
In the association’s club-life section, open “Analytics”.
Read the card
The card “Data processing agreement in your subdivisions” gives the version and “{n} of {m} accepted” as well as “{n} without an accepted agreement”. Groups within a club do not count; the club’s agreement covers them.
Remind clubs
The club leaderships without acceptance see the task “Accept DPA”. You can remind them.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- The card is missing.
- It only appears in the association view of the analytics for association leadership.
- A club stays “without acceptance”.
- Its leadership must accept the agreement under “Data processing agreement” in management; the association cannot do it on its behalf.
Bon à savoir
- The agreement is concluded per organization; a new version must be accepted again.
