Operating status

A live status display is in preparation. Disruptions and planned maintenance will appear here. Until then: if something doesn’t work, write to us with the topic “Technical problem”.

Data protection request

Access, export, correction or deletion of your data: with an account you can do this yourself under “Settings → Data protection”. Go to the data protection settings

Without an account: choose the topic “Data protection and my data” in the form or write to datenschutz@clup.life. We answer within one month at the latest.

Emergency or security report

Immediate danger to life or health? The support form is not an emergency line. Call the emergency number 112 or the police at 110.

Harassment, threats or endangerment of children on the platform: report the content right there via “Report” or choose the topic “Report harassment or abuse” in the form — we handle these requests with priority.

Found a security vulnerability? Write to security@clup.life (policy and encrypted reporting: Security policy).

Found an obstacle while using the app (keyboard, screen reader, contrast)? Report a barrier — also possible without an account.
