Read the platform payments overview
Subscriptions by status, state of payment messages (webhooks) and the configuration – without people.

- You have a platform role with access to the payments overview and a second factor.
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
Platform moderation with a second factor (role “Finance and billing” with the right “payments overview”); everyone else does not see the page. Every access is logged. The overview contains no people.
Paso a paso
Open the tab
In “Platform moderation”, open the tab “Payments” (“Subscriptions by status, webhooks and payment configuration – without people”).
Check the configuration
The “Configuration” block only shows whether something is set, never the values: “Payment provider” (On / Off), “Mode” (Live / Test), “Automatic tax”, “Secret key”, webhook secrets (present / missing) and the “Versions of the texts”.
Read subscriptions
“Subscriptions by status” shows the number of subscriptions per state (anonymous and aggregated).
Watch webhooks
Under “Webhooks” you find “Latest events” with time, event and status as well as “{n} errors in 24 hours” or “No errors in 24 hours”.

Errores habituales y soluciones
- “Overview not available yet” – with “Reload”
- The figures come from the API; reload. If something is still missing, the payment service is not active.
- A secret shows “missing”.
- Operations must set it in the environment; the platform page never shows the values.
Conviene saber
- In test mode all payment pages show “Test payment”. Payment happens only on the payment provider’s hosted pages; the platform takes no card or account data.
- Setting up payout accounts (Connect) is done by the club itself under “Sponsors → Receive payments”; there is no separate review step for it here.
