Assign, suspend and revoke platform roles
The platform owner invites people to platform roles; a role only becomes active once all conditions are met.

- The person has an active, confirmed adult account.
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
Assigning, suspending and revoking only by the platform owner (password confirmation and reason required). The Auditor role may read team and report. Everyone else sees “Platform owner only” or no page at all.
Paso a paso
Open the team
Open “Platform team and roles” (also via “Administration & moderation”). Tabs: “Team”, “Role catalog”, “Report”. Filter by status (“Invited”, “Documents open”, “2FA missing”, “Active”, “Suspended”, “Revoked”) and role.
Check the roles
The “Role catalog” lists per role the purpose, rights, required documents (employees / external) and “Not at the same time as” (separation of duties). Each role gets only the rights its task needs.
Invite a person
Click “Invite person”, enter “Profile ID or profile address”, “Role” and “Type of work”. External work additionally needs the agreement under Art. 28/29 GDPR. Confirm with “Invite”. The platform owner role cannot be assigned.
Wait for activation
The role is only active once the person has accepted the invitation, set up a second factor and signed all required documents in the current version. The list shows document status, 2FA, “since” and “last active”.
Suspend or resume
Choose “Suspend” or “Resume”, enter a reason (required, at least 10 characters) and confirm with the password. Access ends or applies again immediately.
Revoke
With “Revoke” access ends immediately. Confidentiality and data secrecy continue to apply; the records stay stored. The person is informed by email; a new invitation is possible.
Report and CSV
In the “Report” tab you see “People with a role”, “Active assignments”, “2FA rate”, outdated or expiring acceptances, inactive accounts (no use of rights for 90 days) and role changes. “Export as CSV” is logged.

Errores habituales y soluciones
- “This person already has the role.”
- There is at most one non-revoked assignment per account and role.
- “This role is incompatible with an existing role of the person (separation of duties).”
- The Auditor cannot also be admin, moderation, sponsor review, support, privacy, finance, onboarding or technical operations.
- “This account cannot receive a platform role (only active, confirmed adult accounts).”
- Choose another account.
- “For security, please confirm your password briefly”
- Enter the password (and with an authenticator app the code) again; the confirmation is valid for 5 minutes.
Conviene saber
- Privacy: the report only contains identifiers, no names and no reasons. The CSV file is confidential: store it encrypted, do not pass it on, delete it once the purpose is met.
- The legal documents are drafts and will be reviewed by a lawyer before use; this is not legal advice.
- The older route “Manage platform moderators” still grants and revokes the “Platform moderation” assignment.
